Origin Financial ("Origin," "we," "us," or "our") offers a mobile messaging program that allows you to receive SMS and MMS messages from Origin relating to your account, financial planning, and other services available through Origin. Message types may include account notifications, security alerts, transaction confirmations, financial tips, and promotional or marketing messages.
Consent and Opt-In:
By providing your mobile phone number and opting in to the program, you consent to receive recurring automated SMS and MMS messages from Origin at the mobile number you provide. Consent to receive messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services from Origin.
Message Frequency:
Message frequency varies. The number of messages you receive will depend on your account activity, preferences, and the types of alerts you have enabled.
Message and Data Rates:
Message and data rates may apply. Please contact your wireless carrier for details about your messaging plan. Origin is not responsible for any charges imposed by your carrier.
Opt-Out:
You may opt out of the program at any time by texting STOP to the number from which you received messages. After you send STOP, you will receive a final confirmation message, and you will no longer receive messages from us unless you opt back in. Opting out of SMS messages does not affect communications sent through other channels (email, in-app notifications, etc.).

Carrier Liability:
Carriers (e.g., T-Mobile, AT&T, Verizon) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

We will not sell, rent, or share your mobile opt-in data or consent information with any third parties for their own marketing purposes.
Supported Carriers:
The program is available on major U.S. wireless carriers. Carriers supported may change at any time without notice.
Eligibility:
The program is available to users who are 18 years of age or older and reside in the United States. You represent that you are the owner or authorized user of the mobile device on which you receive messages and that you are authorized to approve any applicable charges.
Changes to Terms:
We may update these Mobile Messaging Terms at any time. Changes will be effective when posted. Your continued participation in the program after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
