1. SPONSOR

Blend Financial Inc. DBA Origin Financial, 68 Harrison Avenue, Ste 605, PMB 50966, Boston, MA 02111 ("Sponsor" or "Origin").

2. ELIGIBILITY

This promotion (the "Giveaway") is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years of age or the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence, whichever is greater, at the time of entry. Employees, contractors, and agents of Sponsor, its subsidiaries, and affiliates, and their immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and household members, whether or not related, are not eligible to participate. Void where prohibited.

3. GIVEAWAY PERIOD

The Giveaway begins on September 10, 2026 at 9:00 AM Eastern Time and ends on September 30, 2026 at 12:00 PM (noon) Eastern Time (the "Giveaway Period"). Entries submitted before or after the Giveaway Period will not be eligible. Sponsor's computer is the official timekeeping device for this Giveaway.

4. HOW TO ENTER

There are two methods of entry, each carrying equal chances of winning:

General Entry Limit. Limit one (1) entry per person across both methods combined. Entries from the same person using multiple email addresses, identities, accounts, or methods in excess of the one-entry limit will be disqualified. Entries that are incomplete, illegible, or generated by automated means are void.

5. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION

One (1) potential winner will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries received across both entry methods. The drawing will take place on or about October 1, 2026 and will be conducted by Sponsor. The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

The potential winner will be notified within two (2) business days of the drawing as follows: (a) Method 1 entrants will be notified by direct message to the Instagram account used to enter; and (b) Method 2 entrants will be notified by email or mail using the contact information provided with their entry. The potential winner must respond within seven (7) business days of notification and may be required to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility, a liability and publicity release (except where prohibited), and a completed IRS Form W-9 within that same period. If the potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond, declines the prize, fails to return required documents, or is found ineligible, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected by the same random drawing method from the remaining eligible entries. This process will repeat until the prize is claimed or the eligible entry pool is exhausted.

6. PRIZE

One (1) prize will be awarded as follows:

Total approximate retail value (ARV) of the prize: up to US $10,000. Only one (1) prize will be awarded. The prize is non-transferable. Sponsor may substitute the payment method, but not reduce the prize amount.

7. TAXES

The winner is solely responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes associated with the prize. The winner will be required to complete and return an IRS Form W-9 as a condition of receiving the prize. Sponsor will issue an IRS Form 1099-MISC as required by law.

8. GENERAL CONDITIONS

By entering, each entrant agrees to: (a) comply with these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects; (b) release and hold harmless Sponsor, its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents (collectively, the "Released Parties") from and against any claims, damages, losses, costs, or expenses arising out of or relating to participation in the Giveaway or acceptance, use, or misuse of the prize; and (c) completely release Instagram and Meta Platforms, Inc., and their respective affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents, from any and all responsibility, liability, claims, or damages arising out of or relating to the Giveaway.

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who violates these Official Rules, tampers with the entry process, or engages in fraudulent or disruptive activity. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if, in its sole discretion, the Giveaway is not capable of running as planned due to fraud, technical issues, or any cause beyond Sponsor's reasonable control, and in such event may select the winner from all eligible entries received prior to such action.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE RELEASED PARTIES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THIS GIVEAWAY, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. THE RELEASED PARTIES' TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO ANY ENTRANT SHALL NOT EXCEED THE APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE OF THE PRIZE (US $10,000).

10. PUBLICITY

Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use the winner's first name, last initial, and city and state of residence for promotional purposes, including in advertising and on social media, without additional compensation. A separate publicity release may be required as a condition of receiving the prize.

11. PRIVACY

Information collected from entrants (including name and email address) will be used solely for the purposes of administering this Giveaway and will be handled in accordance with Origin's Privacy Policy, available at https://useorigin.com/legal/privacy-policy. Entrant information will not be shared with third parties except as necessary to administer the Giveaway or as required by law.

12. DISPUTES

These Official Rules are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to its conflict-of-laws provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to this Giveaway shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Boston, Massachusetts, and entrants consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

  • Method 1: Social Entry: During the Giveaway Period, repost the official Atlas launch post (as identified by Sponsor on its Instagram account @use.origin) to your Instagram story, tag @use.origin, and include the hashtag #OriginGiveaway in your story. Your account must be public so the tag and hashtag are visible; entries from private accounts that cannot be verified will not be counted. Stories that do not include both the @use.origin tag and the #OriginGiveaway hashtag may not be counted as entries. Limit one (1) entry per person via this method.
  • Method 2: Free Entry (No Social Post Required): During the Giveaway Period, submit your full name and email address via the entry form here.  Alternatively, mail a handwritten 3"x 5" card containing your full name, mailing address, email address, and date of birth to: Atlas Launch Giveaway Entry, 68 Harrison Avenue, Ste 605, PMB 50966, Boston, MA 02111. Mail-in entries must be postmarked during the Giveaway Period and received by September 21, 2026. Limit one (1) entry per person via this method.

  • If the winner is an Origin member as of the date of the drawing (including individuals who became members at any time before the drawing): US $10,000, paid by ACH transfer.
  • For purposes of these Official Rules, an "Origin member" means an individual who holds an active Origin account, whether a free account or a paid account, as of the date of the drawing. Membership status is determined solely as of the date of the drawing. Creating an Origin account is free. Becoming an Origin member is not required to enter or to win the base prize; membership status affects only the prize amount, not the odds of winning or eligibility to enter.
