1. Sponsor. Blend Financial Inc. DBA Origin Financial, 68 Harrison Avenue, Ste 605, PMB 50966, Boston, MA 02111 ("Sponsor" or "Origin").
2. Eligibility. This promotion (the "Promotion") is open to legal residents of the United States who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry. Employees, contractors, and agents of Sponsor, its subsidiaries, and affiliates, and their immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and household members, whether or not related, are not eligible to participate. Void where prohibited.
3. Promotional Period. The Promotion begins at 12:01 AM Pacific Time on March 18, 2026 and ends at 11:59 PM Pacific Time on April 4, 2026 (the "Promotional Period"). Entries submitted outside the Promotional Period will not be considered.
4. How to Enter.
Method 1 – Review Entry. During the Promotional Period: (a) leave an honest review of the Origin app on the Apple App Store or Google Play Store; and (b) complete the entry form at https://forms.gle/oj57qiqSYWbwcGe26, including your name, email address, confirmation that you have submitted a review, and optionally a screenshot to your published review. Reviews of any rating or sentiment are equally eligible. There is no requirement to leave a positive review. Entrants who submit a review as their method of entry must include a disclosure of the material connection in their review. Suggested language: "Entered a sweepstakes for this review. Opinions are my own." Entries that do not include a disclosure may be disqualified. Limit one (1) entry per person regardless of the number of reviews submitted.
Method 2 – Free Entry (No Review Required). To enter without leaving a review, send an email to marketing@useorigin.com during the Promotional Period with the subject line "App Review Raffle Entry" and include your full name in the body of the email. Free entries are equally eligible to win. Limit one (1) entry per person.
General Entry Limit. Limit one (1) entry per person across both methods combined. Entries from the same person using multiple email addresses, identities, or methods in excess of the one-entry limit will be disqualified.
5. Prize. One (1) grand prize: a $100 Amazon gift card, delivered electronically to the winner. Approximate retail value: $100. The prize is non-transferable and may not be substituted or redeemed for cash, except at Sponsor's sole discretion.
6. Winner Selection and Notification. One winner will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries on or about April 7, 2026. The winner will be notified via email within five (5) business days of the drawing. The winner must respond to claim the prize within seven (7) business days of notification. If the winner does not respond within the claim period, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected by the same random drawing method. This process will repeat until the prize is claimed or the prize pool is exhausted.
7. Odds. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
8. Taxes. The winner is solely responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes, if any, associated with the prize. Winner may be required to complete a W-9 or other tax form as a condition of receiving the prize.
9. General Conditions. By entering, each entrant agrees to: (a) comply with these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects; and (b) release and hold harmless Sponsor, its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents (collectively, the "Released Parties") from and against any claims, damages, losses, costs, or expenses arising out of or relating to participation in the Promotion or acceptance or use of the prize.
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who violates these Official Rules, tampers with the entry process, or engages in fraudulent or disruptive activity. Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Promotion at any time if, in its sole discretion, the Promotion is not capable of running as planned due to fraud, technical issues, or any cause beyond Sponsor's reasonable control.
10. Privacy. Information collected from entrants (including name, email address, and any submitted review screenshot) will be used solely for the purposes of administering this Promotion and will be handled in accordance with Origin's Privacy Policy, available at https://useorigin.com/legal/privacy-policy. Entrant information will not be shared with third parties except as necessary to administer the Promotion or as required by law.
11. Limitation of Liability. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE RELEASED PARTIES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THIS PROMOTION, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. THE RELEASED PARTIES' TOTAL LIABILITY TO ANY ENTRANT SHALL NOT EXCEED THE APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE OF THE PRIZE ($100).
12. Disputes. These Official Rules are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to its conflict-of-laws provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to this Promotion shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Boston, Massachusetts, and entrants consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
